Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a channel state in an extended call zone in a mobile communication system, where the operation of a base station having an extended speech zone is made available.
SOLUTION: The method that manages a state of channel element pairs, consisting of a basic channel element 10 for a basic speech area and an extended channel element 20 for an extended speech area in a base station for the extended speech area including a state management block, a call processing block, a wireless assignment block, a statistic processing block and a base station management unit, includes a step where the basic channel element 10 and the extended channel element 20 report their own current state to the state management block, a step where the state management block combines current states to generate a combined state, and a step where the state management block reports the combined state to an aggregate section, consisting of the call processing block and the wireless assignment block and an aggregate section consisting of the statistic processing block and the base station management unit.
