Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of managing channel using conditions by a centralized system and to provide the concrete method of channel reassignment.
CONSTITUTION: When a call setting request is generated in a base station and no free channel is found, the channel of a receiver 15 is controlled, the using channel of other than a present cell is searched and the cell using the channel is identified from a cell intrinsic code 25 in the using channel in an identification means 17. A reassignment request for the channel is sent out through a control line 18 to the base station of the identified cell. In the base station, when reassignment request signals form the control line 19 are detected in a detection means 21, a channel assignment means 22 is driven, the free channel is searched and the free channel is assigned to the communication of the channel in use.
