Abstract:

To separate plural a frequency-multiplexed plural-channel signal into channel signals by providing a specific filter bank to a channel separate means.

A channel separation filter bank 10 is made up of filter banks 10a-10c and a filter bank of each stage is made up of one or plural sets of positive pass band filters(PPF) and negative pass band filters(NPF) in pairs and each down-sampling processing unit(DSC) applying down-sampling processing to outputs of the PPF and NPF. The PPFs 101, 201, 221, 301, 321, 341, 361 are configured to have a same positive pass band and pass only signal components of the positive pass band from received complex data signals and provide an output. Furthermore, the NPFs 111, 211, 231, 311, 331, 351, 371 are configured to have a same negative pass band and pass only signal components of the negative pass band from received complex data signals and provide an output.
