PURPOSE: To easily generate an original character font where features of user handwritten characters are reflected.
CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a standard font data storage part (10) stored with outline data of a standard font and feature data of the standard font, a user character feature input part (20) for inputting the features of the characters which are handwritten by the user, and the individual font generation part (30) consisting of a neural network (31) which previously learns the relation between both the features of the user characters and standard font from user character feature data and standard font features as to some of characters and outputs individual font feature data where the features of the user characters are reflected as to desired characters, a development part (32) which develops the individual font of the desired characters; and the individual font of the desired characters where the features of the user characters are reflected is generated.
