CONSTITUTION: Plural memories 3A to 3D to be given the same picture data in common, a means 1 to select the prescribed memory to be the written object of the picture data from among the memories 3A to 3D in accordance with the setting of the line width, the means 27A to 27D which generate prescribed addresses (X, Y) on each memory 3A to 3D and the addresses shifted from these addresses (X, Y) to the row/column direction of the memory by a prescribed number of bits portion respectively as the write address of the picture data, and give them individually to each memory 3A to 3D, and the means 12 to synthesize the picture data read out of each memory 3A to 3D are provided.
