CONSTITUTION: A correction information storage part 30 holds the item attribute information and correction classification information of a corrected slip 20, and a correction processing deciding part 4 decides a correction to be executed by a correction processing executing part 1, based on the correction classification information of the slip 20 registered in the correction information storage part 30. Then, when the slip 20 is read at first, or the item attribute of the slip 20 having a reading history is different from the item attribute already registered in the correction information storage part 30, the correction processing deciding part 4 decides the validity of the successive execution of an item group correcting part 11, two item correcting part 12, item correcting part 13, and a related item correcting part 14 provided at the correction processing executing part 1, for each time of the slip 20, indicates the execution of the correction to the correction processing executing part 1, and registers the item attribute information and correction classification information of the slip 20 whose correction is executed in the correction information storage part 30.
