Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology in which estimation of a character string input by an operator can be performed with relatively simple processing for an input operation which the operator trailed on a screen of a display using a finger, a pen or the like.SOLUTION: A display unit 3 displays an image of a keypad in which a plurality of character keys are arranged on a screen of a display 10. An operation position detection unit 4 detects a depressed position on a screen of the display 10. A score calculation function unit 21 calculates a score for the depressed position on the screen of the display 10 for each character key of the image of the keypad. A score data generation function unit 22 generates score data in which the score of each character key is registered and which the score calculation function unit 21 calculated for the depressed position for each depressed position on the screen of the display 10 detected by the operation position detection unit 4 in a character string input period. An input character string estimation function unit 23 estimates an input character string using the score data generated by the score data generation function unit 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
