Abstract:

PURPOSE: To adjust the characteristic of a strip line resonator over a wide range without losing the shield characteristic.

CONSTITUTION: Grooves 2, 3 are formed in a 1st major side of a dielectric board 1; resonance electrodes 4, 5 are formed on the inner face of the grooves 2, 3; two dielectric boards are overlapped with each other, then the resonance frequency or the like is adjusted by removing the electrode near an open end of the resonance electrode 4 or 5 from the opening of a throughhole formed in the overlapped part. Since part of a ground electrode 11 is not required to be removed and the vicinity of the open end of the resonance electrode is directly removed from the opening without losing the shield performance, the characteristic is adjusted over a wide range.
