Abstract:
To provide a charbroiler having improved durability, to which consideration for protecting a cooking person from high temperature of charcoal fire is given.
The charbroiler 1 is equipped with a heat protector 60 covering a front upper part of a casing 10. A gap with a vertical opening is formed between the heat protector 60 and the front upper part of the casing. An air flow of natural convection which flows through the gap heat-insulates between the heat protector 60 and the front upper part of the casing 10.
