Abstract:
To provide a cooking utensil in which charcoal fire can be utilized easily on a gas cooking stove, or the like, and a production method of charcoal for dedicated use.
Charcoal 3 is placed in an iron plate container 1 mounting a metal mesh 2 and placed on a gas cooking stove, or the like. The charcoal 3 to be used is reduced in size and standardized to 3 cm or smaller. Charcoal 3 for 1-2 time use is bagged. According to the arrangement, the cooking utensil can be utilized easily while preventing contamination of hands.
