Abstract:
To enable a series of processes including a fire-making process, a charcoal-grilling process, and a fire-extinguishing process, without removing a fuel material even once after the fuel material is arranged in a charcoal grill under a ventilation fan of a room.SOLUTION: A charcoal grill has an adjustment unit that after ignition of a fuel material placed in a hollow housing 100 with both ends opened, by shifting a position of a lower lid 104 that opens and closes an opening on the lower end side of the housing 100, adjusts a ventilation amount of a ventilation opening formed by an opening provided on the lower side surface of the housing 100 and an opening provided on the side surface of the lower lid 104, to adjust the heating power of the fuel material, where the fire of the fuel material is extinguished by adjusting an upper lid 106 for opening and closing the opening on the upper end side of the housing 100 and the adjustment unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
