Abstract:
To attain a phone call to a specific telephone number whose call reception position is not confined.
A 2nd charging table 21 in which an installation party registers an optional telephone number and an optional speech available time is provided in addition to a 1st charging table 20 storing all dialing available toll station numbers, and when a telephone number registered in the 2nd charging table 21 is dialed, a unit charge is collected every time a speech available time corresponding to the telephone number elapses.
