Abstract:
To obtain an optimal charge termination voltage corresponding to the performance of a secondary battery, in a simple method based on a temperature and a state of charge of the secondary battery and a preset formula, and to perform swelling prevention management for the secondary battery with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A charge control device is provided with a charge control unit 104 that sets, on the basis of a size of a counted value accumulated in a storage unit 103, a charge termination voltage for charging a secondary battery so that the charge termination voltage stepwisely becomes lower as the counted value becomes larger. A calculation unit 102 for calculating the counted value sets one or more formulas for calculating the counted value of the secondary battery on the basis of a temperature and a charging rate detected from the secondary battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
