Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging control device of a power storage device constituted of a series-parallel cell system capable of switching between series connection and parallel connection of a plurality of power storage bodies.SOLUTION: The charging control device of the power storage device constituted of the series-parallel cell system capable of switching between series and parallel connection systems of the plurality of power storage bodies includes a charging control section for performing charging control with respect to a power supply device using an external power source and selects a connection system in a charge starting time on the basis of temperature and SOC of the power supply device as well as controlling a charging current input to the power supply device with respect to a parallel connection using an upper limit value larger than an upper limit value of the charging current with respect to a series connection system, thereby allowing charging in a short time while suppressing deterioration of battery performance.
