PURPOSE: To restrain noises caused by a current flowing between a transfer electrode and a ground electrode generated by a difference of capacity between first and second transfer electrodes by minimizing the current.
CONSTITUTION: A capacity of MOS structure is connected between a first electrode 4 or a second electrode 5 and a ground electrode 2 to make a capacity between the first electrode 4 which transfers a charge and the ground electrode 2 equal to a capacity between the second electrode 5 and the ground electrode 2. Since charge is transferred only between transfer electrodes during transfer, no current flows between the transfer electrodes 4, 5 and the ground electrode 2, electric potential of a signal detection part is stabilized and noises are reduced.
