Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling the execution of appropriate charging control in the event of a disaster.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge control device 120 includes: a first sensor 123 which detects at least one action of a vibration and a shock; a second sensor 121a which detects a system power of an electric power system; and a control unit 122. When an occurrence of a disaster is determined according to a detection result of the first sensor 123, the control unit 122 suspends charge control and discharge control. After the suspension, when a disaster is determined to be calmed down according to a detection result of the first sensor 123, and the system power detected by the second sensor 121a is normal, the suspension of the charge control is canceled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
