Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a generation of a charging memory effect in a battery which is charged and discharged based on SOC.
SOLUTION: When the charge and discharge is carried out based on the SOC of a batteries 10, the range of the SOC for the charge and discharge is made to fluctuate in order within 10-100%, the range of the SOC after the charge and discharge also fluctuates in order and the SOC is compulsorily mad to increase with increment of 10%. When the SOC becomes 40-100%, the charge and discharge is carried out so that the SOC is lowered with increment of 10% for example.
