Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge control system, charge/discharge control method, and program that are capable of efficient operation of the charge/discharge control system in an environment in which output suppression of a motor is performed.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge control system includes: a power generation apparatus 100 that supplies power to a load facility 400 or supplies surplus power to the system side; a storage battery 200 that stores the surplus power from the power generation apparatus or is capable of supplying stored power to the load facility; and a control apparatus 300 that receives a suppression instruction on the amount of power generation from an external apparatus. The control apparatus, when the storage battery's idle capacity is lower than a predetermined value in a period instructed by the suppression instruction on the amount of power generation, performs suppression control according to the suppression instruction and, when power to be supplied to the load facility in a period in which the suppression control according to the suppression instruction is being performed exceeds power suppressed according to the suppression instruction, performs discharge control so that power is supplied from the storage battery to the load facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
