PURPOSE: To constitute the system so that an outgoing person is informed automatically of a call charge in a voice after a call is finished by dial outgoing for requesting an automatic notice of a toll call charge by a prescribed special number.

CONSTITUTION: A toll exchange 21 which receives a special number for requesting an automatic notice of a prescribed toll call charge from an outgoing subscriber stores received number information and answer time in a memory 23. At the time of clearing, a clearing time and storage information of the memory 23 are transferred by driving an automatic charge informing device 22 for calculating a call charge by number information an time information and sending out a result in a voice, and also, the automatic charge informing device 22 is connected to the outgoing subscriber 10. The automatic charge informing device 22 is driven, and sends out automatically a call charge of a result of calculation in a voice at the time when it is connected to the outgoing subscriber 10.
