Abstract:
To stabilize quality of measurement for electric charges of sample oil.SOLUTION: A charging measurement device comprises: a syringe where sample oil is stored; a gas supply unit supplying gas to the syringe; a constant flow rate valve adjusting a flow rate of gas supplied from the gas supply unit to a predetermined flow rate; and a filtration unit in which the size of a portion through which the sample oil passes changes according to pressure of the sample oil fed from the syringe. The charging measurement device further comprises: an electric charge storage part in which electric charges are stored; and a current measurement part measuring current generated by the electric charges stored in the electric charge storage part. The constant flow rate valve adjusts a flow rate of the sample oil fed to the electric charge storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
