Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a charge pump circuit which can an output signal with an amplitude an integer times as large as the amplitude of an input signal.

CONSTITUTION: An input signal IN1 with an amplitude Vcc is inputted into the input terminal 11 of a charge pump circuit CP, and high-potential power is inputted, as an input signal IN1, into the input terminal 12. One terminal of a capacitor 14 is connected to the input terminal 11, and the other terminal is connected to an output terminal 17. A low-potential power terminal 15a of a CMOS inverter 15 is connected to the input terminal 11, and a high- potential power terminal 15b is connected to an output terminal 17. An input signal 1N2 is inputted into the inverter 15, and the output signal is outputted to an output terminal 16. A PMOS transistor 13 is turned on based on the output voltage VO1 of the output terminal 16, and in on condition, it allows the charge to thecapacitor 14, and in off condition, it checks the discharge of the capacitor 14.
