PURPOSE: To increase the transmission speed of a necessary data item and to remove any trouble to make a telephone communication or the like by checking whether or not a set data item exists in reception data when the reception data are collected from a reception machine to a control processing unit and immediately communicating to an output device to set the data item through a transmission path when it is 'yes'.

CONSTITUTION: When a data item stored in an output table 10a is contained in reception data every time the reception data is collected to a central processing unit 10, a message containing this data item is edited. It is transmitted in the form of a selection message from the central processing unit 10 into the output table 10a through a transmission path 40 together with an inquiry to specify an address stored for the data item and the data item contained in the selection message is outputted to an output device 30 side receiving it. Thus, when the data item to require an immediate treatment and action is contained in the reception data collected from a reception machine 20, the effect and content can be exactly informed to a section requiring it.
