A wind power generator 2 is interposed in at least one set of solar cell panels 1a to 1c and 13a to 13c arranged at its upper and lower parts, and provided at a position corresponding to the center part of the solar panels 1a to 1c and 13a to 13c. With distances between the upper and lower solar cell panels 1a to 1c and 13a to 13c, a distance in the center part in which the wind power generator 2 is arranged is the shortest, and gradually becomes longer toward a part far from the wind power generator 2. Accordingly, the upper and lower solar cell panels 1a to 1c and 13a to 13c function as a duct and collect wind directed toward the wind power generator 2. Further, a speed of the collected wind increases, thereby a power generating amount is increased.
