To provide a charge system for a car-sharing service that can increase convenience for users.SOLUTION: A charge system for a car sharing service that distributes a shared car using rechargeable onboard batteries as an energy source to a user comprises a power storage means for storing user power supplied from a power generator managed by the user in an energy storage device, a charging means for charging the onboard battery using the power stored in the energy storage device, and a charge presentation means for presenting usage fees when a user requests to use a shared car. The charge presenting means is configured to present a reduced charge equivalent to the user power supplied by the user as the usage charge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
