Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chargeable information sending method capable of simply handling chargeable information, which is difficult to be handled by a WWW server, by using a video tex communication network and expecting furthermore development as to information transmission/reception or EC utilizing the Internet, and to provide a device therefor and a recording medium.
SOLUTION: An operator inputs a pass word PWD1 on a WWW browser, the WWW server issues a random pass word PWD2 in accordance with the received pass word PWD1, and when the collated results of the pass words PWD1, PWD2 sent from the user side through the video tex communication network, the pass word PWD1 sent through the Internet and the issued pass word PWD2 by the WWW server are well, the WWW server transmits the chargeable information to the user.
