To rapidly analyze a locus of charged particles according to an actual fact by calculating an electric field from model and border conditions, calculating charge B from the conditions charged particle characteristics and initial state, calculating flying states of the respective particles based on both the fields, then storing it and outputting it.
An electric field is calculated from model and border conditions by a calculator 1, and charged particle characteristics and initial state are decided from specific probability density function by using a random number by a deciding unit 2. And, a state of the field by the sole charged particle is calculated by a calculator 3, and an electric field A generated due to except other charged particles at positions of the respective particles is calculated from the field obtained by the calculator 1 by a calculator 5. And, an electric field B generated due to the other particles at the positions of the particles is calculated by a calculator 6, and a force applied to the particles is obtained from the fields A, B by an operating force calculator 7. This is stored in a memory 4, updated by a storage updating calculator 8, displayed and output by a display output unit 9.
