To provide a charger for portable terminals having a self-cleaning function with the reduced number of components and simple structure.

A charger 1 includes: a charge terminal 5 made of a leaf spring; and a coupling piece 5 disposed between an attachment piece 5a and a first movable piece 5c, having a narrower width comparing to the other parts, which is easy to bend. At the tip of the first movable piece 5c, a second movable piece 5d is bent thereon so as to form a V-shape with the first movable piece 5c. A stopper part 7 is disposed at the lower part of the tip of the first movable piece 5c. As a result, when the lower part of a mobile terminal 11 is inserted in a concave part 3 of the charger 1, a contact piece 5e of the charge terminal 5 moves to the right and then to the left with regard to the undersurface of a connection terminal 15 of the mobile terminal 11, to perform self-cleaning. In this case, since the special structure of the charge terminal 5 employs a leaf spring, the number of components can be reduced and the structure can be simplified.
