PURPOSE: To provide an excellent cordless telephone device in which quick charge current is supplied for charging the charge-type battery of a mobile station in a short time from the battery built in a charger by building the charge-type battery in the charger and charging it with current at all times, in the cordless telephone.

CONSTITUTION: The charge-type battery 13 built in a charger 3 is charged at all times by a power unit 4 such as an AC adaptor, or the like. To charge the battery 8 of a mobile station 2, the mobile station 2 is charged by the charger 3, so a quick charge current is supplied to the battery 8 built in the mobile station 2 from the battery 13 built in the charger 3, thus the charge can be completed in a short time.
