Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a charger that keeps the electric vehicle being charged from starting.
CONSTITUTION: A switch 50 to be switched by a charging plug P to be inserted into a plug socket 46 of a battery charger connected to a drive motor, is provided, and a controller for stopping energization of the motor when the insertion of the plug P is detected by the switch 50 is provided.
