Title:
CHARGER FOR SUPERCONDUCTIVE BATTERY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11341692
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a charger for easily charging a chargeable superconductive battery made of the substance which is superconductive at room temperature, even in the outdoors without using a commercial power supply.

The power of high voltage generated when mechanical distortion is given to a piezoelectric element 11 is supplied to a supercondutive battery 20 through a capacitor 13. The superconductive battery 20 can be easily charged by the same principle as that of an electric lighter. In stead of the conventional lithium and the like, the superconductive battery 20 uses the substance which is superconductive at room temperature. As for such substance, publicly known one is used. For charging, a solar battery, a storage battery or other energy converting means can be used in place of the piezoelectric element 11.
