Abstract:
To provide a charger having a relatively simple structure, capable of being mounted not so as to interfere with traffic of people and vehicles, or in other words, and capable of attaining parallelism between couples easily.
This charger is provided with a primary coupler 2 fitted in a storage chamber 1 formed underground by digging the ground, and a lifting means 3 lifting the primary coupler 2 toward a secondary coupler 6 and protruding it on the ground from the storage chamber 1, as well as a close-contact means 4 bringing both their surfaces into close contact using reaction from the counterpart, when the top surface of the primary coupler 2 comes into contact with the bottom surface of the secondary coupler 6.
