Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a charging controller wherein, even when a battery is deteriorated in a usage process, its stable controllability is ensured and its trouble in a charging system such as a generation surplus, a voltage period fluctuation or the like is prevented.
CONSTITUTION: An electric-load monitoring means 10 which detects a load current IL consumed by an electric load 9 and a learning means which judges the deterioration state of a battery on the basis of the load current and a voltage deviation are installed. A generation-current control means which generates a target generation current with reference to a charger 8 renews a control constant according to the deterioration state of the battery.
