The present invention suppresses electrostatic breakdown at an electronic apparatus. A charging device that includes: a charging part at which a power supply electrode (58) that is to supply current to a battery-driven apparatus is disposed and on which the battery-driven apparatus is to be placed; and a discharge-accepting electrode (61) that is dispoed at the charging part and is connected to wiring that supplies a prescribed potential.
