Abstract:

To provide a charging device, a charging method, and a charging control program, which facilitate an improvement of an accuracy for satisfying a charge of a secondary battery even if a charging device or a secondary battery has a characteristic variation.SOLUTION: A charging device 1 that charges a secondary battery B, comprises: a power supply part 2 that outputs a current I to a secondary battery B; a current measurement part 3 that measures the current I flow in the secondary battery B; and a charging control part 51 that executes a constant voltage charging processing for supplying a constant voltage from the power supply part 2 to the secondary battery B to charge it. The charging control part 51 executes a determination processing for comparing a change of the current I caused in a current monitoring time Ti previously set with a reference current change Iref previously set in an execution period of the constant voltage charging processing, and stops the charging of the secondary battery B when the change of the current I becomes smaller than the reference current change Iref in the determination processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
