To provide a parking device which secures safety during charging of an electric vehicle, or a parking device which prevents a failure of a conveyance device by disconnection of a charging cable and hooking of the charging cable during charging of an electric vehicle, and a charging device which prevents a failure of the conveyance device by disconnection of a charging cable and hooking of the charging cable during charging of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A charging device includes: a storage part capable of storing a charging cable; an outlet arranged inside the storage part; a first cable fixing part arranged inside the storage part; and a first detection part for detecting that the cable is fixed to the first cable fixing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
