To constitute a charging device comprising a charging unit and a desk type holder in such a manner that detachable unification is possible for the purpose of portable transportation and use.

This charging device is so constituted that a charging unit A and a desk type holder B can be detachably integrated and are connected with each other through a connection cord 4. Engaging means 5, 8 for integrating the unit A and the holder B are installed between them. The holder B is equipped with a reel 10 for winding up the cord 4. The reel 10 is capable of automatic winding with a winding spring 12. The holder B is equipped with a holding part 18 which is inclinably connected with the end of a holdier case 6 containing the reel 10.
