PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently provide electric power generation project using renewable energy.SOLUTION: The charger, charging electric power generated by using renewable energy into batteries, comprises: a plurality of battery housing units housing the batteries; a battery charging section that performs charging into the batteries housed in the battery housing units; and a control section that controls the battery charging section so that charging of the batteries is started at the timing different for each of the battery housing units.
