Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of, in a charging device embedded with a CPLT circuit, realizing stable charging control by avoiding an unexpected erroneous operation due to an influence of a momentary voltage drop.SOLUTION: A charging device includes: a control part 3 including a CPLT circuit 4, which generates a CPLT signal, and determination means 6 having a function of sending an open/close signal to a relay 5 based on the CPLT signal; and the relay 5 that opens/closes a charging cable run to a load device based on the open/close signal from the determination means, wherein the control part 3 further includes voltage fluctuation detection means 14 for detecting a voltage fluctuation of an external power source externally supplied to the charging device 2 and erroneous operation avoidance means 15 and 16 for, when the voltage fluctuation detected by the voltage fluctuation detection means exceeds a threshold value, avoiding an erroneous operation of the charging device.
