Abstract:
To obtain a charging mechanism for uniformly charging a curled master sheet cut off from a sheet roller.
The charging mechanism provided with a pair of high voltage impressed chargers 4A, 4B opposed to each other across a recording sheet X cut off from the sheet roller are provided with guide means 25, 26 for guiding one of the chargers 4A, 4B so as to move the charger in the opposed direction, position control mechanisms 33, 39 for controlling the positions of the movable chargers 4A, 4B in the opposed direction and a control device for accessing a previously stored program in accordance with the curled state of the passing recording sheet X and supplying position control signals to the mechanisms 33, 39.
