Abstract:
To provide a charging member of an electrophographic device, the charging member preventing an image defect called a C set image caused when the charging member and a photorecptor are left contacted for a long time.
The charging member with a conductive elastic layer and surface layer on an electroconductive support is used. The surface layer has at least a ring-shaped titanium oxide particle, electric conduction agent, and binder resin.
