Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge processing system by which a period when a secondary cell is fully charged, can be correctly detected, so that the charging process can be effectively carried out simultaneously with the charging of the secondary battery in the fully charged condition at all times, in a charging process operation. SOLUTION: In this device, an amount of charging current to be supplied to a secondary battery 2, is changed by changing a duty ratio of one pulse, by using a switching regulator, when the secondary battery is changed by a step-down method or a constant-current constant-voltage method. Further this secondary battery 2 comprises a protecting circuit 20 for preventing the application of the voltage of more than a predetermined voltage value to the battery.
