Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make burdens on both client and server sides small and to rationalize an economic burden by deciding whether the same request exists or not in the past, deciding not to charge when it decides that history exists and also deciding to charge when it decides that no history exists.
SOLUTION: A client sends a command that requests data supply and a server receives it. Next, the client associates the client's ID with the command and decides whether history record is performed or not. When it does not exist in history record, it is recorded in a database of history record and after a procedure that charging is performed is taken, data corresponding to the command is sent to the client. When it exists in the history data, the data corresponding to the command to the client after a procedure that charging is not performed is taken. A command from the client in a request acceptance procedure is associated with client information and recorded.
