PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging station using a charging battery which can be quickly charged, a charging system and a providing method of a charging service.
SOLUTION: The charging station 3 is provided with a display device 32, a charger body 34 for charging the charging battery 21, a voltage measuring part 31c which detects a battery voltage of the charging battery 21 and determines whether charge is enabled based on the detected battery voltage and a previously determined reference voltage value, an impedance measuring part 31f which detects the impedance of the charging battery 21 and determines whether the battery is a battery conforming to quick charge based on previously determined battery identify reference data, and a charge control part 31d which sends a charge command based on a charge current corresponding to the determination result in the impedance measuring part 31f to the charger body 34 when charge is determined to be possible by the voltage measuring part 31c, and displays a charge prediction time of the charge battery which corresponds to the determination result in the impedance measuring part 31f on the display device 32.
