Abstract:

To provide a means capable of installing easily an auto-door without requiring a cost of a high level at once time to be reserved by a person who desires the installation of the auto-door.

A maker 1 concludes an agreement for an auto-door using frequency-proportional charging system article 2 with a customer 3 therebetween, as one article for sale of the auto-door 10, and installs the auto-door 10 gratuitously. The maker 1 data-transmits a count data of a counter 20 to a center terminal 51 of a centralized control center 50 using a communication line from the counter 20 for reading a drive command of a controller 12 for controlling a drive 13 of the auto-door to be collated with a maintenance fee table set in response to the frequency of door opening and closing, and transmits an account 53 and usage details 54 to the customer 3.
