This system has a user information storage means for storing user information of the sponsor, participant or viewer of an event executed by data transmitted and received through a server; an event information storage means for storing event-related information for every event executed on a network by the transmitting and receiving of moving image data/voice data; an authentication means for performing a user authentication in reference to the user information; a video chat control means for performing the processing of transmitting and receiving the moving image data and/or voice data between user terminals through the server; and a charging information storage means for storing charging information for the charging of every event in association with the user information.
