To provide a charging system that suppresses a temperature rise of a terminal device during charging by a simple configuration.

The charging system includes a charger 25 having a power supply generation unit 27 for generating a charging power supply, a cable 23 extending from an external terminal 26 of the charger 25 so as to feed the power supply generated by the power supply generation unit 27 to a charging target device 11, a cable-side connector 22 mounted at the end of the cable 23 on the charging-target-device side, a device-side connector 14 formed in the charging target device 11 and fitted to the cable-side connector 22, and a pair of heat transfer members 21, 15 attached to the cable-side connector 22 and the device-side connector 14, respectively, and brought into contact with each other when the cable-side connector 22 and the device-side connector 14 are fitted to each other.
