Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in a lifetime of components having a lifetime for operation frequency such as relay with an increase of occurrence frequency of a blackout.SOLUTION: An increase of operation frequency of components with occurrence of the blackout is suppressed and reduction of the lifetime of the components is efficiently suppressed by shifting to a second mode not accompanied with the components, but immediately shifting to a third mode with an operation of the components having the lifetime for operation frequency even if the blackout occurs in charging with an external power supply.
