To provide a chassis structure having high shield performance in which a printed board, being inserted while sliding, is guided without requiring any component independent from the chassis.

In the chassis structure, a printed board guide is constructed by arranging a plurality of burring protrusions 12 projecting inward of the chassis on the opposite sides of the slide insertion paths 14a and 14b on the upper and lower surfaces 11a and 11b of a chassis 11. When a printed board 13 is inserted along the slide insertion path, tubular side face of the burring protrusion 12 guides the outer edge of the printed board and cooperates with the upper and lower surfaces of the chassis to contain the printed board smoothly in the chassis. Since the printed board guide is formed of a part of a member composing the chassis, requires no member independent from the chassis and has an arcuate face directed toward the slide insertion path of the printed board, the printed board can be received smoothly in the chassis.
