Abstract:

To provide a chat program, a device, and a method that can improve visibility for answer display of an FAQ chatbot.SOLUTION: When an answer corresponding to an FAQ question received in a chat is equal to or longer than a predetermined number of characters, an information processing device determines whether to display the full text or a part of the answer based on contents of the answer. When it is determined to display the full text of the answer, each of a plurality of pieces of writing obtained by dividing the full text is displayed in a different area. On the other hand, when it is determined to display the part of the answer, the writing corresponding to the part of the answer is displayed in at least one area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
