Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a counterflow of a molten resin by a method wherein for forcibly opening and closing a check ring, a screw head is firmly fixed to a top of a screw shaft through a small-diameter part, a thread is provided on the small-diameter part, and a thread that can engage with the aforesaid thread within a fixed rotation range is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the check ring.
CONSTITUTION: A check ring 2 can move forward and backward between a top of a screw shaft 1 and a rear end of a screw head 27. A rear end of the screw head 27 is firmly fixed to the top of the screw shaft 1 through a small- diameter part 27a. A thread 13 is provided on the small-diameter part 27a. A thread 10 that can engage with the thread 13 within a fixed rotation range is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the check ring 2. In this manner, the check ring 2 can be forcibly opened and closed between the top of the screw shaft 1 and the rear end of the screw head 27.
